These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website medilife-farma.com (the "Site"). The operator and owner of the Site is Medilife-Farma LLC (brand: Medilife Farma), a pharmaceutical distributor founded in 2004, with its address at: 22 Mukimi Street (Diabet Center), Yakkasaray district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. By using the Site, submitting an enquiry through the contact forms, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you (the "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.
1. General Provisions and Acceptance
1.1. These Terms are a public document and set out the rights and obligations of the User and the Operator when using the Site medilife-farma.com.
1.2. Use of the Site is permitted only on the conditions set out in these Terms. If the User does not agree with any provision, the User must stop using the Site.
1.3. Acceptance of these Terms occurs through actual use of the Site, including viewing pages, following links, and submitting an enquiry via the contact forms.

2.4. The contact forms on the Site are intended for handling enquiries, providing consultations, sending commercial offers (CO), and conducting B2B and tender communication with patients, doctors, clinics, and distributors.
3. Product Information Is Not a Public Offer
3.1. Information about medical devices, products, and services posted on the Site (including descriptions, images, and specifications) is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant page.
3.2. The absence of prices, delivery terms, and product availability on the Site means that specific terms of cooperation are determined individually through direct communication between the Operator and the interested party (B2B request, tender, commercial offer).
3.3. Submission of an enquiry by the User through a contact form does not create any obligation for the Operator to enter into a contract and is treated as a request for information or an invitation to begin negotiations.
4. Important Medical Disclaimer
4.1. Information about medical devices and products posted on the Site is of a general informational nature and DOES NOT constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment recommendation.
4.2. Information on the Site does not replace and does not remove the need to consult a qualified physician or other medical professional. The decision to use any medical device or product must be made solely by a physician, taking into account the condition of the specific patient.

5.2. Rights to the content of the Site belong to the Operator — Medilife-Farma LLC — with the exception of trademarks, names, and materials of the respective manufacturers and partners, the rights to which belong to their respective right holders and are used on a lawful basis.
5.3. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, or other use of the Site's materials without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant right holder is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial review.

8.3. If agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the Operator's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. The Operator may unilaterally amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice.
9.2. A new version of the Terms takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated in that version.
9.3. Continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes the User's agreement with the updated version of the Terms. Users are advised to periodically review the current version of this document.
