What it is
ABK Care Multi is a portable capillary-blood analyzer that runs on interchangeable test strips. Glucose uses electrode strips (amperometry); cholesterol and triglycerides use reflectometry strips. A single fingertip drop is enough. The device factors in the patient's sex and meal status and stores up to 500 readings with date and time. Medilife supplies the three strip types for this analyzer — glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides.

Glucose · amperometry
Range 0.6–33.3 mmol/L (10–600 mg/dL). Electrode strips, a fast result — blood-sugar control.
Cholesterol · reflectometry
Range 3.3–10.2 mmol/L (130–400 mg/dL). Assessing the lipid profile and cardiovascular risk.
Triglycerides · reflectometry
Range 0.56–5.6 mmol/L (50–500 mg/dL). Complements lipid screening in metabolic syndrome.
