We are looking for a marketer to promote our focus areas — diabetes care, wound care, and hemostatics — and grow our partner brands across the Uzbekistan market.
Responsibilities
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns across product lines (Embecta, iXell/Genexo, Syai, Flen Health, LifeScience Plus)
- Develop product positioning and promote partner brands to clinics, pharmacies, and specialists
- Conduct market, competitor, and demand analysis, and prepare reports and recommendations
- Manage the website and CRM: content, product materials, and the customer and lead database
- Coordinate with the SMM specialist and medical reps, and prepare materials for the "Center of Diabetes" pharmacy on Mukimi 22
Requirements
- Higher education (marketing, business, pharmacy, or a related field)
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma, medical devices, or FMCG/health
- Skills in market analysis, CRM, website content, and digital tools
- Strong spoken and written communication, with the ability to prepare presentations and materials
- Uzbek and Russian required; English is a plus
SMM SpecialistFull-time · Tashkent
We are looking for an SMM Specialist to grow Medilife Farma's social media and communicate responsibly about our diabetes care, wound care, and hemostatic products.
Responsibilities
- Run the company's Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook: content plan, regular posts, stories, and reels
- Shoot and edit short videos, prepare simple design layouts in Canva or similar tools
- Handle comments and direct messages, keeping a dialogue with the audience and doctors
- Launch and manage targeted ads, tracking budget and performance
- Prepare reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth, and suggest improvements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of SMM experience with a portfolio of accounts or case studies
- Understanding of medical content specifics and a responsible approach to health information
- Skills in Canva, basic video editing, and Meta ad managers
- Fluent Russian and Uzbek; English is a plus
- Attention to detail, independence, and the ability to deliver a content plan on schedule
PharmacistFull-time · Tashkent
The "Center of Diabetes" pharmacy (Mukimi 22) is hiring a pharmacist to advise customers and dispense diabetes-care and wound-care products.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers, dispense products, and provide informed advice on selecting glucometers, test strips, insulin pen needles, and wound-care products
- Receive and record incoming stock, keep shelves organized, and ensure fast-moving items stay available
- Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions, and write off expired products on time
- Handle cashier operations and record sales in the inventory system
- Comply with sanitary standards and pharmacy regulations
Requirements
- Secondary-specialized or higher pharmaceutical education
- Valid pharmacist certificate (held or willingness to obtain)
- Pharmacy experience is a plus; entry-level candidates will be considered
- Attentiveness, responsibility, and a friendly manner with customers
- Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian

Responsibilities
- Regularly visit clinics, endocrinologists, surgeons and pharmacies across Tashkent and the regions
- Present the company's products (glucometers, glucose-monitoring systems, wound-care products, hemostatics) and clearly convey their clinical value
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and pharmacy managers
- Organize training sessions, demonstrations and product presentations
- Collect market feedback and log visit reports in the CRM
Requirements
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
- At least 1 year of experience as a medical representative (experience in diabetes or wound care is a plus)
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Readiness for field work and business trips across the regions
- Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; a category B driver's license is a plus

Medilife Farma is seeking a lawyer to provide legal support for our medical-device and pharmaceutical distribution business — from supplier contracts to Ministry of Health registrations and tender participation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and manage contracts with suppliers, distributors and clients (Embecta, Genexo, Syai, Flen Health, LifeScience Plus)
- Register medical devices and medicines with the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and maintain regulatory documentation
- Prepare tender documentation and provide legal support for participation in public procurement
- Ensure regulatory compliance (medical-device regulation, pharmaceutical circulation, personal-data protection)
- Advise management and departments, handle claims and contract matters, and liaise with government authorities
Requirements
- Higher legal education (law degree)
- 2–3+ years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in pharma, healthcare or distribution
- Knowledge of Uzbek law: contract, regulatory (medical devices/medicines), public procurement, personal-data protection
- Attention to detail, strong negotiation and document-drafting skills

Medilife Farma is looking for a Project Manager to launch new products on the Uzbek market — from sourcing and registration to market entry. Managing the existing portfolio is not part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead new-product market-entry projects from concept to first sale — sourcing, evaluation, registration, and launch
- Coordinate product registration and certification with suppliers, regulators, and the legal team
- Plan launch timelines, budgets, and resources, and track milestones against deadlines
- Align marketing, sales, logistics, and procurement to prepare for each new-product launch
- Prepare go-to-market plans and report on launch status, risks, and results to management
Requirements
- Higher education in management, marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of project management experience; new-product launch experience is a plus (pharma, medical devices, distribution)
- Skills in planning, budgeting, and task-management tools, with strong attention to deadlines and detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to run several projects at once
- Russian and Uzbek required; English is an advantage
